Job Description

Join our team at Crown Perth, where we create exceptional experiences for every guest. As a Casino Host in our Premium Casino Marketing department, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our valued guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional, and inclusive atmosphere
  • Provide accurate information about casino games, promotions, and amenities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and respectfully
  • Monitor the casino floor to ensure guests are enjoying their experience
  • Build positive relationships with regular guests, understanding their preferences
  • Promote casino events, tournaments, and special offers
  • Support marketing initiatives and casino operations as required
  • Maintain knowledge of casino policies, procedures and regulations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality or casino operations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of casino games and operations is desirable
  • Multilingual skills are highly valued
  • Experience with cash handling and CRM systems is a plus
