The opportunity
Join the team that keeps the cash flowing and the fun going! As a Cash Office Cashier, you will maintain the daily operations of the Cash Office for the business operation of Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail outlets and Conference & Events for Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

Key Responsibilities
It’s not just about numbers, it’s about keeping the park’s heartbeat in sync! You will be:
•   Facilitate Cash Office and in-park float requirements to ensure all department needs are met on a daily basis
•   Balance daily cash takings
•   Balancing and maintaining the overall cash office float
•   Facilitate activities to ensure compliance with Company governance & audit expectations (cash/wage advance approvals, daily float sign in/out sheets etc)
•   Attending to the cash office window

We’re searching for someone who can balance accuracy with a smile. You’ll bring
•   Previous experience in cash handling procedures and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines in a busy office of high volume
•   Professional and friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
•   Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills
•   High attention to detail
•   Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
•   Strong Accounting and Reconciling skills
•   Intermediate computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office
•   Ability to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
