Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team at Monarto Safari Resort. This role is for candidates who enjoy making the perfect coffee for our guests and working in a fast-paced environment. This role is over a 7-day roster where weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Your days will include but not limited to:

• Operating & maintenance of the coffee machine
• Making consistent & quality coffees for up to 160 guests during breakfast service everyday.
• Supporting the Food & Beverage team in other areas as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have barista experience with extensive knowledge in coffees and coffee making.
• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
• Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
• A guest-centric approach at work;
• Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings;
• Have or are willing to obtain a RSA certificate
