Job Description

See the sunrise each morning and make someone's day with your exceptional guest service and coffee making skills.

As a member of the Accor, Qantas Lounges team you can work across both the domestic and international airport terminals.

Our experienced Baristas start between 3.30am/4am each morning and can work in a  variety of premium, front of house service points including Club and Business Class bars, our coffee cart and domestic and international terminals

Key Responsibilities include:

• Representing the Accor and iconic Qantas brand with pride
• Providing unforgettable guest service to our loyal Qantas Guests
• Immaculate presentation and 5 star service language
• Servicing a high volume of airport lounge guests 
• Making coffees and showcasing your technical barista skills
• Bar replenishment - topping up stock throughout shift and set up for afternoon service including coffee, milk, juice, softdrinks and alcohol for pm team
• Please note the Lounge food and beverage offers are all complimentary - no cash handling, EFTPOS or tills required in our environment 

Qualifications

Successful applicants will be required to apply for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) 

Own transport and drivers license would be preferred as air train does not operate before 5am.
