Bar Manager | Springwood Hotel | Lead Something Exciting 
Internally, this role is referred to as Assistant Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Bar Manager to lead the charge on something new and exciting coming to the venue. We can’t spill all the details yet, but we can promise this: it’s bold, high-energy, and a chance to make your mark from day one.

You’ll be hands-on, running the floor, mentoring a team, and helping shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in fast-paced venues, love leading people, and are ready to take ownership, this is your moment.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and develop a high-performing bar team
• Drive exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
• Ensure smooth operations across busy shifts
• Mentor, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best
• Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards
• Be visible on the floor, leading by example every shift

About you:

• Experienced in bar or hospitality management
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Excellent communicator and mentor
• Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
• Hold current RSA + RSG and any required management certifications

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
