In this role you will Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This includes managing and driving team, ensuring high-quality customer service, supporting budgeting efforts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role is both administrative and operational, requiring you to be involved in service delivery and team leadership.
