The Role

Ready to launch your culinary career with one of Australia's most iconic hospitality brands? Crown Sydney’s leading Culinary Apprentice Program offers an incredible opportunity to master the art of cooking while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll gain hands-on experience through both on-the-job and off-the-job training, learning from some of the industry’s best across a variety of dynamic kitchen environments. This is your chance to start strong and grow with a team that’s passionate about excellence.

About You

• A genuine passion and dedication for cooking — no prior professional experience required
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
• Availability to work full-time on a rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings
• Commitment to completing a 3-year Apprenticeship with Crown
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Must be available to commence the apprenticeship in mid-January 2026
