Lana is our 1-hatted restaurant on level one of the heritage listed Hinchcliff House (Circular Quay), where Executive Chef, Alex Wong brings a modern Italian with Asian accents cuisine with a touch of elegance and modernity.
The venue is unique and surprising, and the service is elevated and fun. The team are experienced and passionate about guest experience and we delight in exceeding expectations for our guests.
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced section waiters with a warm, friendly guest-focused approach to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a bustling work environment, and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
