About the Role
You will create remarkable customer experiences through the delivery of outstanding personalised service and Guided Tours to ACM customers, including Front of House tours, private tour group tours, education tours (primary and secondary schools), and APAC tours.
Tour Guides will conduct up to three, one hour tours per shift.
‘Mock Tours' and interviews on Friday 5 June will form part of this recruitment process.
Casual position, band 1.3.19 $28.52 per hour plus 25% loading and superannuation.

About the Team
The Ticketing & Visitor Experience team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.
The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Welcome Team, Stage Door, Guided Tours and Applications that support all of these areas.
