The role:
Crown Events is at the forefront of the Event industry providing premium bespoke events to Sydney from intimate corporate, gala dinners, conferences, product launches to stunning weddings. No two days are ever the same.
As an Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing logistical support to the daily operations of all Crown Sydney events. In this hands‑on role, you will bring your experience in coordinating teams to ensure each event meets the client’s expectations and is set up for success.
This role will require flexibility depending on the event calendar.
This role is based on site at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo
Opportunities available:
1 x 12-month maximum term contract
1 x permanent position
About you:
Previous event supervisory experience
Experience to guide and coach cross‑functional teams through a variety of events
Ability to engage with stakeholders and bring people on a journey
Exposure to handling multiple priorities at one time
Experience within a bespoke event environment highly regarded
Degree or diploma in event or hospitality strongly regarded
Duties include:
Support with the logistical execution of events at Crown Sydney
Provide support to the Manager to ensure successful execution of the operational plan
Liaise and lead other food and beverage teams to ensure on‑time achievement of relevant tasks and goals
Engage with relevant teams to coordinate room set‑up to meet guest expectations
Work with a client‑lead orientation at the forefront
