Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on cocktail preparation and mixology.
• Strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
