Silverband Lodge are seeking a capable and motivated Part Time Assistant Catering Manager to support the delivery of high-quality catering services across a diverse range of settings, including school groups, camps, retreats, expeditions, weddings and functions on 12 month contract. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in food preparation while also supporting people, processes and service standards.
About the Role
Working closely with the Catering Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing and serving meals, supervising staff, and ensuring food safety and service standards are consistently met. You’ll play an important role in coordinating workflows, mentoring team members, and stepping up to lead the kitchen when required.
